When submitting offers, he gave great advice and negotiated with sellers perfectly. He also has a lot of knowledge about renovating since he used to flip houses. After having some major issues with our first realtor we were desperate to find someone who would put in the time and effort that was needed to sell our house in an rapidly changing real estate environment. We decided to actually shop around and make a realtor earn our trust and treat our search as though we were hiring and employee. I have been very please with the service David Brown has given me and continues to give me as my realtor. I went into buying a house with no knowledge of the terms involved in contracts and all the papers that have to be signed. He explained things in a way that I could understand and was there every step of the way. If I was comfortable signing papers online, he supported me in that. But if I needed a little extra time and explanations, he would meet me in person. He never tired of my questions and was readily available when I needed him.David was also very good at finding houses that fit my needs and specifications. He was always there with a new house to see.
