The Team Mission: 

Brian Wardell has led the Wardell Team through more than 500 transactions over the past 10 years. The experience of our team working together allows for what we call Total Customer Service.

Our transaction coordinator Natalie Ward's attention to detail on paperwork and correspondence with home loan lenders, home inspectors, title agents and repair contractors is outstanding.

The main objective of the Wardell Team is to always make transactions happen as smoothly as possible for our clients. Not to mention, our transactions will close on time because you have four experienced agents working for you at all times.

The greatest strength of the Wardell Team lies in the negotiation process. Once a buyer is identified, or once you as a buyer make an offer, we guarantee the best-of-the-best negotiation process that will secure the best possible outcome for our clients.

Meet the Team:

Brian - 

Brian has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona for more than 22 years and has listed and sold, residential and vacation homes, condos and land, and small commercial propterties. He has lived in many parts of the Phoenix Metro area and has developed an intimate "geographical" knowledge of the Valley that he uses while working with both buyers and sellers.

Brian has the knowledge and persistence required to make real estate deals happen. His skills have benefited his clients and most of his transactions are repeat customers.

Brian also has had experience as a small business owner in California. As well as experience at a large advertising and media company. Those additional skills have given me the extra tools to be very successful in real estate.

Brian is a "people-person" and astute salesman at heart - these talents and more make him uniquely suited for the real estate industry.
