I have enjoyed over 40 years of experience here in California dealing with all past markets ups and downs. I am knowledgeable of the entire Real Estate process. My clients have varied from first time home buyers to seniors along with international developers and investors.
Also, I am state in Probate and Trusts sales. During my career, I have owned a national Real Estate Franchise, Century 21, designed, and built custom homes, managed income properties for private investors, and found and acquired land and obtained residential approval for new home developments.
