I really can't express how great Sarah is! This is now the second house that Sarah has helped me buy (and sold one this time as well). She also worked with my best friend at my recommendation when he moved to Aiken late last year. I don't even know where to begin to explain my experience working with Sarah. From the beginning to the end of the process she was adamantly patient, always on time, professional and paid attention to detail to find me what I wanted. I worked with her for an extensive amount of time due to me being indecisive and changing my mind, but every time I shifted, she was more than ready to give me guidance and help me find my pick. She always has a smile on her face every time you meet for a property viewing. She was understanding and compassionate as my schedule was not very flexible. She did her best to work with me and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. All through to the end she gave me advice whether it was about what to look for buying a house, who to go through for Inspection or Plumbing, and even the conversations she had outside of house hunting. She is a great soul to come by and her laughter is contagious. My house search experience could not have been the same had I not came across her. She stayed with me through the process and after to make sure I was good with the house. She handled everything so great even when hiccups emerged and was quick to find a second opinion Inspection. Sarah was always pleasant even through some difficult decision making. She always maintained a positive attitude. Very quick to respond to questions posed to her and if she didn't have the answer she would seek the answer.

Sarah did an outstanding job working to get find us the perfect house. Sarah worked around my schedule perfectly, which made going look for a house much easier. She also did her homework before even going to the property so almost all questions would get answered while we did a walk through. Once we found the house, Sarah was outstanding on negotiating on our behalf, she also stayed on top getting inspections scheduled as quick as possible. She continued to stay on top of getting the work to be completed per our agreement with seller. In this particular home purchase, from the acceptance of our offer right through all the inspections, Sarah was able to get a closing done in 12 days.
