The brokerage continues to rank as the largest Metro Phoenix-area firm in sales volume, homes sold and agent count

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — July 18, 2025 — The Phoenix Business Journal’s annual Residential Real Estate Brokerages list has named HomeSmart the top brokerage for the 13th consecutive year. Based on 2024 data, HomeSmart ranked #1 in sales volume, homes sold and agent count.

HomeSmart saw $9.02 billion closed with 16,364 homes sold, continuing to dominate the Arizona market and surpassing the competition by nearly $4 billion. The Scottsdale-based organization also continues to hold tightly onto the #1 spot in agent count as they ramp up recruitment efforts across the Valley going into the second half of 2025.
