Grovetown, GA — HomeSmart CSRA, the newest brand to join 100% brokerage giant HomeSmart International, is opening its doors to the southeast region. Located just 12 miles from Augusta, at 404 Insperon Dr., in Grovetown, the new location will serve a number of communities, including:

The new Georgia-based brokerage is led by Kathy Gray, an 18-year veteran of the real estate field.

“There was a great need for a different brokerage approach. One where agents are equally appreciated and empowered to succeed, and where they are seen as business owners too,” explains Gray. “I want them to feel empowered by a brand that believes in them and shares the same core values as agents being assets rather than contractors working for a company.”

Before joining the HomeSmart family, Gray pursued her career in the real estate industry in Georgia and South Carolina while also previously holding a license in Tennessee. After 15 years as a RE agent and three years as a broker, Gray, who holds multiple certifications including CIPS and MRP, was attracted to the HomeSmart brand because of its tech-centric approach to helping agents work with their clients as well as the empowerment that HomeSmart encourages within its brokers and agents.
