WOODLAND PARK, Colo. — HomeSmart, the No. 1 brokerage in Colorado based on agent count, will reopen their Woodland Park office on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
HomeSmart has been operating in Colorado since 2015 with more than 2,350 agents across 15 locations in the state.
Since acquiring Cherry Creek Properties in May 2017, the brokerage quickly found it necessary to open and update additional locations, including the Woodland Park office, that could support the growing number of agents in the area.
“At HomeSmart, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the agent experience, which is why we did a complete office remodel,” said Lynn Chute, HomeSmart Colorado Managing Director. “The Woodland Park office is equipped with 24/7 card access, SmartReception technology, private office rentals, a conference room and bullpen work area for agents.”
The improved Woodland Park office will hold continuing education classes where agents can learn all of the latest technology and marketing techniques, which ensure buyers and sellers achieve their ultimate real estate goals.

To celebrate the grand reopening of the office, there will be an on-site event from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
