Real Estate Professional Brings Decades of Recruiting Experience to Career Services Role

DENVER, Colo. — The HomeSmart team based in Denver, Colo., announced it has hired Chanell Bridges as a career services representative.

Bridges joins a team of 12 employees and 2,500 agents in CO, and in her new role will recruit for HomeSmart ’s 11 offices in Greenwood Village, Aurora, Boulder, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Elizabeth, Evergreen, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Lakewood, Littleton, Loveland, Westminster and Woodland Park.

Bridges comes to HomeSmart with nearly 20 years of real estate experience as an agent, a consultant providing real estate and home mortgage solutions, an owner and operator of a mortgage company and a recruiter with another brokerage. Prior to HomeSmart, Bridges successfully recruited for 28 brokers for nearly four years.

“I’m in the business of helping people recognize their potential and that they have a great company to help them reach their goals,” said Bridges. “To me, that’s exciting! I love helping agents see the big picture and know they can actually achieve their dreams.”
