Owners Jeff Smart and Dave Shinabarger opened their fourth office in Washington state, highlighting the company’s fast-paced growth in the region

Moses Lake, WA – HomeSmart, the nation’s leading provider of high-quality, tech-driven real estate services, has opened a new location in Washington state, its fourth with HomeSmart Elite, led by owners Jeff Smart and Dave Shinabarger.

“Moses Lake represents a great opportunity to acquire an established independent real estate brokerage in a growing area. With new jobs coming into the area and a thriving housing market in the region, we’re set up for a successful new office,” notes Shinabarger.

The new Central Washington office will service agents and their clients in Soap Lake, Warden Quincy, Ritzville, George, Royal City and Coulee City. They began their operation overseeing a total of 17 agents. Now, with the move into Moses Lake, the duo leads nearly 90 agents looking to develop HomeSmart’s overall presence throughout the state.
