Myrtle Beach, SC — HomeSmart Expert Realty continues its Carolina-based expansion with its second new office opening in the last two months. Headed up by broker/owner Jonathan Edmiston, the new location, opening October 1, is set to bring HomeSmart’s high-value, low-cost model to agents in the greater Myrtle Beach area and beyond.
As the first HomeSmart franchise in the Palmetto State, this new office represents the company’s aggressive expansion in the southeast region, one that has drawn in investors and buyers alike from all around the country. In fact, South Carolina has just come off a banner summer for home sales, seeing a 12-percent year-over-year increase compared to 2020, according to a report from the South Carolina Realtors.
