Owner Jonathan Edmiston sets up his fourth HomeSmart Expert Realty location, expanding the 100% commission model in the Tarheel State
Raleigh, NC — HomeSmart Expert Realty has expanded its real estate brokerage services in the Triangle marketplace, bringing its agent-centric platform to multiple counties throughout the state. The new location, located in Raleigh, and headed up by broker/owner Jonathan Edmiston, will allow more real estate agents to tap into the company’s 100%-commission model while helping clients find a new place to call home.
To date, Edmiston has opened four HomeSmart brick-and-mortar locations throughout North Carolina, a state that has seen a 15% increase in home value in the last year as well as double-digital sales growth. This new office opens the door to serve all of Raleigh, Wake Forest and surrounding areas, all primed for more growth and continuously rising home sales.
