Colorado’s leading brokerage hits growth milestone while breaking sales and volume records. 

DENVER, Colo. – HomeSmart in Colorado celebrates a historic growth milestone as it recently surpassed the 2500 broker mark across their 12 offices in the state. This achievement has further cemented HomeSmart’s place as the number one brokerage firm in Colorado.

This growth milestone for the Colorado brokerage comes on the heels of national recognition for the company, as it was well represented on the 2020 REAL Trends Market Leaders Report. In the report, which ranks the top residential real estate firms in over 160 metropolitan areas, HomeSmart ranked No. 1 in sides and No. 2 in sales volume in the Denver/Boulder market, as the company sold an impressive $3.27 billion in 8,155 sides in 2019. The brokerage was also named a market leader in Colorado Springs for the first time, ranking No. 10 for both sides and volume with $331 million in over a 1,000 sides in 2019.
