HomeSmart International Earns High Praise as One of the Country’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

The Scottsdale-Based Real Estate Brand Celebrates 9 Consecutive Years on Inc. 5000, And 4 Years in Hall of Fame.

Scottsdale, Ariz.— Inc. magazine revealed that HomeSmart International once again landed on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the small business industry. Companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.

This year marks the ninth consecutive year the real estate franchisor ranked on the list and the fourth year with the Inc. 5000 Hall of Fame designation for consistently being one of the fastest-growing companies across all industries in the United States. HomeSmart ranked no. 4,608 on the list after seeing a three-year growth rate of 56 percent.

“We are excited to be recognized by Inc. for the ninth year in a row as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US,” said HomeSmart International CEO and Founder Matt Widdows. “With everything going on around us, affecting everything from how we work to how we live to how people buy homes, we have managed to not only maintain our level of business but take it to new heights.”

HomeSmart credits its growth to the company’s business model of offering agents 100 percent of everything they need to be successful: commission options, training, broker support, excellent customer service, transaction management software and more.

“As always, we feel honored and incredibly proud to be included once again on the Inc. 5000,” said HomeSmart International President Ashley Bowers. “From health and software to media and hospitality, the 2021 list proves that no matter the industry, incredible growth is based around grit and opportunism. We’re certainly in great company.”
