HomeSmart International Named to 2017 Inc. 5000 for Fifth Time
Arizona-based real estate franchisor is among 7% of ranking companies included in the Inc. 5000 five times.
(Scottsdale) ⎼ HomeSmart International announced that it has once again been named to Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing companies.
The real estate franchisor is ranked No. 1908, with a three-year growth of 200.65 percent. In previous years HomeSmart International has ranked as high as 611 on the national list. They are included in Inc.’s exclusive club with only 119 other Arizona-based companies.
Every year, Inc. recognizes the fastest-growing private companies in America. HomeSmart shares the honor with businesses that, on average, have grown sixfold since 2013. Of the tens of thousands of companies that have applied to the Inc. 5000 over the years, only a fraction have made the list more than once. Only seven percent of applicants have made the list five times.

HomeSmart International’s ranking can be attributed to the organic growth the company saw last year. They are on-track to place in the coveted list again, next year, with acquisitions as another driving force behind the company’s continued growth.
The franchisor credits its growth to it’s high performing real estate brokerage model, proprietary technology, tools and systems that enhance efficiency and service for their brokers, agents and consumers alike.
The organization achieved this milestone with its 13,779 person national agent network, 47 franchises and 126 offices strategically located across the nation. The main corporate office is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
