HomeSmart International Named to 2019 Franchise Business Review List

Arizona-based Real Estate Franchisor Among Top 200 Franchises for Second Year

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – HomeSmart International announced that it has been named to Franchise Business Review’s Top Franchise Opportunities for 2019 for overall franchisee satisfaction.

The real estate franchisor is the only transaction fee-based, 100-percent commission model brokerage that made the list of 200.

Every year, the Franchise Business Review surveys franchise owners in order to measure the health of a franchise network. The Franchise Business Review surveyed more than 30,000 franchise owners from 310 brands and measured training and support, franchise operation, leadership, core values, franchise community, operator self-assessment, financial performance and general satisfaction.

“We’re honored to have been rated so highly by our own franchise owners for the second consecutive year,” said HomeSmart International CEO and Founder Matt Widdows. “We used the insights gained from last year’s surveys and have been able to continue growing satisfaction among our network.”

HomeSmart International credits its high level of franchise engagement to its high-performing real estate brokerage model, proprietary technology, tools and systems that enhance efficiency and service for their brokers, agents and consumers throughout a real estate transaction.

“We want the relationship between franchisor and franchisee to be an enjoyable one for all parties, so that we can attain mutual success,” said HomeSmart International COO Wendy Forsythe. “The high marks for company culture that we received from our franchisees on this survey show we’re on the right path.”

The organization achieved this milestone with its national agent network of nearly 16,000 people, 52 franchises and 166 offices strategically located across the nation.

“Amazing service is something our agents strive to provide to their clients and what we champion to our brokerages,” said Widdows. “That philosophy starts with how we resource and support our franchisees, and while we were pleased with our high marks, we’re also dedicated to continuous improvement.”
