HomeSmart Momentum Real Estate Brings 100-Percent Commission Model to Northern Counties
(BLOOMFIELD, N.J.) – HomeSmart International announced the expansion of its 100-percent commission brokerage model with the opening of HomeSmart Momentum Real Estate in Bloomfield, N.J.
After nearly two decades in the residential real estate and mortgage industries, Broker and Owner Bill Halick opened his HomeSmart franchise to serve agents and communities in the northern region of the state, including Essex, Bergen, Morris, Union and Hudson counties.
