After nearly two decades of working as a real estate broker and six years as the owner of HomeSmart Realty Group of Illinois, HomeSmart Legacy owner Dan Bowden plans to better serve northwestern Indiana agents with a high-value, low-cost brokerage model. The brokerage will serve agents and consumers in Schererville, Merrillville, Crown Point and the entire GNIAR northern Indiana territory from IL to MI borders.
