HomeSmart Realty Partners open to serve the Atlanta metropolitan area.

(Roswell, Georgia) – HomeSmart International announced the addition of HomeSmart Realty Partners to the residential real estate franchise network. This is the newest brokerage to join the national brand and the first in the state. HomeSmart Realty Partners will serve Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Roswell, East Cobb, Cumming, Duluth, Dunwoody, Marietta, Sandy Springs and Woodstock.

Rick Musto, owner and managing broker of HomeSmart Realty Partners, is opening what he calls a “one-stop shop” firm, where consumers can turn for experienced real estate agents, mortgage brokers, closing attorneys and insurance brokers.

“Bringing HomeSmart to Georgia means offering local agents full commission, full support and a full menu of services,” said Musto. “Both agents and consumers can get everything they need throughout the home buying process with us.”

HomeSmart Realty Partners agents will have access to the brand’s 100-percent commission model, agent and broker services, on-site and virtual training and proprietary RealSmart Agent productivity platform.
