Broker Darren Johnson extends the HomeSmart 100% brokerage model to more agents in Skagit and Island counties.

Mount Vernon, WA — HomeSmart One Realty has opened an additional office in Mount Vernon, bringing the 100% commission model to Skagit county. With offices in Bellingham to the north and Everett to the south, this new office will give HomeSmart One Realty a presence up and down the I-5 corridor from Everett to the Canadian border. Their brokerage has grown 65% in the last year, and Broker Darren Johnson expects the same for 2021 if not better. In the next year, Johnson’s goal is to add 50 agents, expecting to reach beyond 200 agents in the next five years.

HomeSmart One Realty is located at 811 Cleveland Ave, Suite #101 in Mount Vernon, Washington. The brokerage will be providing education classes free to all agents.
