Boise, Idaho — HomeSmart Premier Realty has opened a new office in Meridian, Idaho, serving the communities surrounding Boise, a rapidly growing real estate opportunity in the Western United States. Located at 3919 E Overland Road, the new location will bring HomeSmart Premier Realty’s 100% commission model to multiple counties. From Boise to Blaine, Gem to Jerome, the state’s growing county populations will get to experience HomeSmart Premier Realty’s hands-on approach to real estate.

Headed up by Elias Trejo and Kelly Cammack, the area has seen surging growth relative to its region. Outpacing the nationwide average of 6% year-over-year growth, Idaho raked in a 10-percent rise in population in the last decade and is expected to see more movement in the coming years. To reflect that, HomeSmart sales doubled in the state from 2019 to 2020, paving the way for more opportunities and more brick-and-mortar operations.
