Scottsdale Company Leads in Sales Volume for Seventh Consecutive Year

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – HomeSmart was ranked as the No. 1 residential real estate brokerage for the seventh consecutive year by the Phoenix Business Journal. HomeSmart closed $7.75 billion in local residential sales and sold 24,525 homes, proving the Scottsdale-based company’s continued dominance in the Phoenix residential real estate market.

No. 1 Bobby Lieb closed more sides than any other agent in Phoenix on the list, Bruno Arapovic was at No. 2 and Kim Panozzo made the No. 5 spot. Combined, they closed 314 transaction sides.
