Boca Raton, FL — HomeSmart Broker and Owner Roger Herman opened a new HomeSmart Real Estates Associates office in October 2020 in Boca Raton, FL. The franchise expanded its reach to provide realty services in Boca Raton, Palm Beach and Broward County.

Herman is excited about the new location which will allow for continued value and support for a multitude of trusted clients. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Herman is well versed in running a successful business. Previously, he ran a company that was initially composed of nine agents and built it to 1500 agents. Following, he managed another brokerage in Denver that operated in 6 states and built that firm to 1200 agents.
