Owner Dan Bowden expands HomeSmart’s reach with another location serving suburban and rural Illinois

Oak Lawn, IL — This year is shaping up to be a banner year for the real estate industry and, more specifically, HomeSmart’s ever-expanding reach in booming markets. This is evident in HomeSmart Realty Group’s newest brick-and-mortar location based in Oak Lawn, Illinois, a village about 20 minutes southwest of Chicago.

Headed up by owner Dan Bowden, the new HomeSmart office is the second office opened under the HomeSmart Realty Group name this year. The new office is set to service the midwest marketplace, bringing its agent-centric platform to multiple counties throughout Illinois. The Oak Lawn-based brokerage is set to provide better service and support to those local REALTORS®.

To date, Bowden has opened five brick-and-mortar locations for HomeSmart throughout Illinois, as well as another in Indiana. This new location, which will focus on areas including Oak Lawn, Burbank, Bridgeview, Beverly, Mount Greenwood, Chicago Ridge, and others.
