Owner Camille Victour sets up her third real estate location in New Mexico to meet the fast-paced growth in the Southwest

Albuquerque, NM— HomeSmart Realty Pros has expanded its real estate brokerage services in the southwest marketplace, bringing its agent-centric platform to multiple counties throughout New Mexico. The Albuquerque-based brokerage, led by owner Camille Victour, is set to allow more real estate agents to tap into the company’s personalized commission model while helping clients find a new place to call home.

This marks the third HomeSmart location opened under Victour’s purview throughout New Mexico. This new office, which will focus on areas including Rio Rancho and communities all around Albuquerque, will serve buyers and sellers in a region seeing major residential real estate interest from Millennials to retirees to remote workers looking for more affordable places to live.

“Albuquerque is divided vertically by the Rio Grande and it can be difficult to get across to the other side with a limited number of bridge crossings,” says Victour, who opened her first HomeSmart franchise in 2019. “We are excited to serve our agents and clients on the west side with a more convenient office location. We look forward to growing our office to include more agents and help more people with their real estate needs.”
