HomeSmart Realty Pros Opens Second Office In New Mexico

The New Firm, With More Than Thirty-Five Agents Will Serve the Santa Fe area.

Santa Fe, N.M. (FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE) – HomeSmart Realty Pros is christening its second office in Santa Fe in the Pecos Trail Commons Office Park. The thirty-five person firm will better serve clients and brokers in the surrounding market. Qualifying Broker Camille Victour opened the first HomeSmart franchise office in Albuquerque in May of 2019 and the new Santa Fe office opened September 2020.

“We already have a handful of agents who have joined us from Santa Fe,” said Victour. “They recognize what a forward-thinking company HomeSmart is and are benefitting from our tech tools, marketing support and extensive training opportunities.”

The Albuquerque office has grown from one agent to more than thirty-five in a little over a year. Hiring brokers is currently underway for the Santa Fe location, with a mission to transform the landscape of real estate in the state. HomeSmart’s philosophy is to keep broker fees low while offering top-notch training, services and systems to support associate brokers in their work for their clients.

“This means brokers can re-invest in their own business and support their families better,” Victour added. “And brokers can provide unparalleled professional real estate services to their clients with beautifully designed marketing materials, a YouTube video and dedicated website for every listing, and a streamlined document management system.”

When COVID-19 restrictions came down, HomeSmart was at the forefront of training and providing tools for agents to continue serving clients and showing homes virtually.

“We were already in an excellent position to handle the changes dictated to keep everyone as safe as possible. We just took it up a notch and immediately jumped into a nationwide training effort on how to sell homes and work with both buyer and seller clients virtually,” said Victour.

Almost all of HomeSmart’s training is available to any agent live at the office and online. They have a goal to bring the entire service level of the real estate industry upwards and therefore benefit consumers.

The new Santa Fe office has been completely refurbished in a contemporary look along Calle Medico, just off of Old Pecos Trail. John Gutierrez of 505 Mechanical and Construction was the general contractor and Albuquerque Office Systems provided the furnishings. Victour, a former architect, completed the interior design.
