HomeSmart is the Top Brokerage in Phoenix for Sixth Consecutive Year

Fast-growing Phoenix-area residential real estate brokerage is the largest in the city.

HomeSmart once again has been named the no. 1 ranking brokerage in Phoenix by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Local brokerages were ranked by total sales volume for homes sold in Maricopa County in 2017. Other information recorded includes number of homes sold, number of local licensees, number of local offices, top local executive and designated broker and year founded locally.

In 2017, HomeSmart agents brought in $6.53 billion in local residential sales dollar volume. At the time of the survey, the brokerage had 6,514 local licensees across 19 local offices and sold 25,009 homes in Maricopa County.
