Quad Cities & Surrounding Areas in both Illinois and Iowa — HomeSmart Residential and Commercial Realty, a comprehensive real estate brokerage operating across the Nation, is now expanding its footprint in the Midwest with a new office in Illinois and a new office in Iowa, the first in the state.
Located at 332 N Harrison St. in Davenport, the brokerage continues its growth by serving a region that has seen a steady rise in population, including a 10-percent growth in recent years. According to the US 2020 Census, the majority of those residents are coming from Illinois, creating a unique opportunity to grow HomeSmart’s blueprint.
Headed up by retired physician and 10-year real estate veteran Kerry Panozzo and Broker/CEO KayLa Forret-Munoz, the new location is set to bring HomeSmart’s choice of 100% commission and its new revenue share program, HomeSmart+, to agents in The Quad Cities, Burlington, Muscatine, and Mercer County areas.
“We wanted to bring an innovative approach to real estate for agents in the Quad Cities Area,” notes Panozzo, commenting on the areas that include Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa, as well as Rock Island and Moline, Illinois, where the brokerage’s other location is located. “We understand and appreciate how hard an agent works. Iowa continues to be a goldmine for real estate development. It’s consistently earned top marks in not only a low cost of living but housing affordability as well. These elements, mixed with the state’s dependable agricultural and industrial jobs and research, have aided in growth in interest from developers both commercially and residentially.
