She was extremely patient with my fears and questions, and showed my countless homes for almost 6 months, even previewing some for me when I wasn't able to go! She offered great information about positives and negatives about properties, as well as red flags and potential costs, never pushing me to offer or purchase if I wasn't 100% comfortable. There's no way I could have negotiated this changing market or dealt with bank agents without Yanet's experience, knowledge, and professionalism--I'd recommend her to anyone!
