Working by referral (WBR) allows me to maintain a business relationship and serve you even after our transaction has closed. The information below explains the reason I work by referral and lists the ways I can be of value to you before, during and after the sale.
I am proud of my affiliation with HOMESMART, Chandler, AZ and to make available a complimentary service I provide for all of my first class clients personally: I call it my Client Appreciation Program, and it is part of the commitment I have made to run my business exclusively by referral. Every month I send all my preferred clients information that I believe you will find useful, we have an annual Client's Appreciation Party, I help all first class clients with referrals to reputable home repair businesses also with investment opportunities such as long term investment real property on a one on one basis and long term basis.
I dedicate the majority of my time to those clients and their referrals. I build relationships with my clients before, during and after the transaction. It's all about my clients needs and satisfaction, not the volume of my business.
I have a relationship database, not a mailing list.
