Leo, born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan, was a four year starter in football at Saginaw Valley State University.  After graduating with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing he moved to Las Vegas and eventually Phoenix which he has called home since 2005.

Leo began his real estate career in 2004 in the state of Nevada.  After moving to Phoenix in 2005 his career has encompassed many different arenas in the real estate space.  He owned and operated a real estate portfolio which he was responsible for 200+ single family home transactions throughout Maricopa County.  After the real estate downturn in 2007, Leo assisted in brokerage operations for one of the largest REO brokerages before buying a construction and development company in 2008.  Leo is currently licensed in Arizona and enjoys helping buyers, sellers and has a strong foundation to help sellers in distressed situations.

Leo has a great work ethic but has built long lasting relationships with the foundations of: Honesty, Integrity and Customer Service.  Leo has a passion for helping people with real estate services and even greater love for his two boys, Jack and Anthony.
