I ran Todd through the ringer with several showings, arranging inspections, negotiating on my behalf and then changing my mind more than once. Todd is prompt, he never delays with executing his action items and keeps you closely informed on all status changes. To add to that, you'll never meet a nicer guy. He has the patience of a saint and is a real pleasure to do business with. I consider him my friend now.
