My name is Janell Ward, and I would be honored to serve as your REALTOR®. I take immense joy in assisting both buyers and sellers in realizing their dreams. With over 30 years of experience in designing, building, remodeling, and trading homes alongside my husband, I made the pivotal decision to align my expertise with HomeSmart in 2017, a choice I am immensely grateful for.

Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted wife, a mother of three, and a proud grandma to six wonderful grandchildren (and counting). My roots trace back to the small-town charm of Iowa, and those values are deeply ingrained in me. However, in 2012, Arizona began to warm my bones and heart. It has since become my cherished home.
