The Arizona market is seeing very high home demand. Enter me, a first time buyer with no real plan. Karin helped me get it together and refine my needs and wants while scheduling one potential home visit after another around my workday. She patiently reviewed the offer language before the first hopeful submission. She also worked to understand the conditions of the offer to identify where I should go big and where it would be wasted. Karin works with a group of realtors to keep her skills fresh and they collectively would come up with new strategies against cash buyers, inspection reports and overexcited sellers. Karin was truly an amazing person to work with. Not only was she extremely kind, but she also provided seasoned information and addressed any and all questions and concerns my wife and I had in our search for our first house. She had a wealth of knowledge in the Gilbert and Chandler areas that we were looking at but she also knows the rest of the Valley and more as well. She frequently set up walk throughs on the day of, sometimes with a couple hour turn around. She is truly invested in her clients and we view her as a friend. Karin worked tirelessly to help us find the house we wanted. I was not used to shopping in such a crazy market and Karin was there to assure us every step of the way. We made offers on more than one house but in the end the one we purchased was the perfect house for us. I couldn't have designed it any better.
