I worked with Eric for about 6 month's as a first time home buyer. After looking at a lot of properties all over town and making several offers we eventually zeroed in on a great little house that fit all of my criteria. but was a little over what I could afford. Given that I was an entry level first time home buyer without a hefty downpayment, Eric did really well at negotiating a selling price that fit my FHA financing budget. It wasn't exactly smooth sailing to eventually close on the property but throughout the process I found Eric to be even headed, upbeat, responsive, reliable, and flexible at key times. I would definitely work with him again in the future.

My family and I are relocating from Florida and I've had Eric jumping through hoops, texting him at 5am Arizona time when new listings pop up, have had him go through homes and take additional pictures and send video and he has been amazing!
