Welcome

If world renowned author, Malcolm Gladwell, were to describe Aaron Simpson, he would say he is a connector. Aaron fits the definition from Gladwell's book "The TIpping Point", word for word.

CONNECTOR: "People who link us up with the world. People with a special gift for bringing the world together."

Aaron prides himself on his connection to people and relationships he has built throughout his journey.  As a small town kid growing up in Nebraska and then the desert town of Wellton, AZ, Aaron worked hard to make something of himself.  The son of educators, Aaron knew the importance of hard work from an early age.  He dedicated himself to his athletics and academics.  Earning academic scholarships to Arizona State Univeristy and walking on to the wrestling team, was his lifelong dream and quickly became one of the best wrestlers in the USA and earned NCAA All-American honors two times. Upon graduating with a degree from the Cronkite School of Broadcast Journalism, Aaron was hired onto the ASU wrestling coaching staff and coach division I wrestling for 10 years and earned a Master's Degree in HIgher and Post Secondary Education.  Along the way he won a silver medal in the Pan-American Championships and competed in the 2000 and 2004 USA Olympic Trials.

In 2008 he made a life changing switch and tried his hand in the fastest growing sport inthe world, mixed martial arts.  Aaron  quickly ascended the rankings in the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships) as a professional athlete.  Once his body could no longer train at a high level, Aaron continued to coach fighters and run his gym in Gilbert, AZ. In 2016 once again, he made another career change and dedicated himself to the world of real estate and quickly became successful, becoming a multi-million dollar selling agent.  All his connections and relationships have gotten him to this moment and is here to continue serve his clients and friends with honesty, dedication and hard work.
