First, she helped my husband and I purchase land in northeastern Arizona just over 2 years ago. The piece of land we were interested in purchasing had other potential buyers, and we were leaving for vacation within a few weeks. We needed to secure our financing and complete all the paperwork in a very short time period. Everything went extremely smooth and we were thankful for Kim's help in making this possible. The second time was when my in-laws moved to Phoenix. They were on a limited income and had very specific needs. I guessed finding a home for them could be a challenge. My in-laws are elderly and she was very patient with them. She also did a wonderful job at locating a home for them that fit their specific needs. I was surprised at all the different hours she would send me listings. She didn't give up until she found a place they could afford and accomplished their wish list. I was also impressed she continued to check in with them over the following year to make sure everything with the house was working and they were happy. I rarely write reviews. When I do it is because I'm very impressed! Kim does not disappoint and she really is fantastic at her job!
