Hi, I'm Laura Talbott.  I have been a valley resident for 40 years.

I am a real estate professional that specializes in working with both buyers and sellers.  I am proud to be a HomeSmart Diamond Club member which means that I am one of the company's top listing/sales agents.  I am knowledgeable and I pride myself in educating my clients through the entire buying and selling process.  I utilize the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed your expectations.  More importantly, I listen and that means I can find solutions that are tailored to you.  I am never too busy to answer a question and I will treat you the way that I like to be treated.  I'll be there, right alongside you, keeping you informed every step of the way.

I have a "Certified Staging Professional" designation so I am uniquely qualified to help you prepare your home for sale.  This is a HUGE plus for my clients! When you hire me to list your home, I offer you a complimentary home staging consultation that is valued at $600!  This will get your home sold faster and usually for substantially more than it would have sold for without the proper staging (and remember I offer that at NO additional charge).

ALL of my listings are marketed to 1000 real estate websites for market saturation.  I also post to FB, YouTube.com, CraigsList and VisualShows.com, in addition to hundreds of other real estate websites.  I hire a professional real estate photographer to capture the beauty of your home in photos with a 6-picture layering process.  The same photo is layered 6 times and colorized which adds a depth to the photos that make them "jump" off the page and entice more buyers to make an appointment to see your home!  Also, depending on our market strategy, I have video services I can hire for you too (I hire these professionals at my expense and DO NOT pass the cost onto you).

As part of my saturation marketing strategy, I create a website that is dedicated to your home ONLY! I link this to as many websites as possible, so that if a buyer finds your home on the web, they can click on this link and get all the photos and information for your home. This website includes a professional slideshow of your home photos set to music, highlighting the beautiful features of your home in a 'range motion' fashion.

I am an expert negotiator.  I am dedicated to do the research necessary so that you won't pay too much for your home or market your home for sale for the wrong price.

I am honest, dedicated and very detail oriented.  I also pride myself on not giving my clients the information they want to hear, but giving them the best information and advice that they will need to get them closer to their desired end result.  When you have a real estate transaction, the last thing you need is someone that is afraid to share the truth with you.  I want to partner with you so that we can get the job done and I promise you that I will always DO what I say I'll do, sometimes more, but never less.
