Solera by Del Webb is a fantastic active adult (55+) community.  It was created in the early 2000's and is a well maintained, well loved community.  A public golf course - Lone Tree - runs through the gated community.  Pool, tennis, pickleball, are just some of the activities the residents enjoy.

Cinnabar Ridge

Cinnabar Ridge is one of the best kept secrets in Phoenix.  Fantastic Schools.  Private access to the I-51.  Fifteen minutes to the airport and just about 20 minutes or less in any direction gets you to the best areas of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.  Let me show you around.
