My husband and I presently live on the east coast and with retirement imminent, we decided to purchase a home in Arizona. A potentially daunting and stressful effort. Maria made the entire process so easy from identifying prospective homes to guiding us step-by-step through the closing. After introducing myself via email, Maria and I talked initially almost every day. She clarified what we were looking for in a home and immediately started sending me information on possible homes. She even offered to view homes on our behalf to assess them. Due to previously planned travel and scheduled jury duty, I was unable to plan a house hunting trip to AZ in advance. I was able to do so only at the last minute and with no coordination with Maria. Maria, however, accommodated me which I am sure interrupted some personal plans. Despite my late notice of travel, she was able to pull together and arrange several days of home viewing all of which met the criteria we were looking for in a home. I was able to find a home during my trip to AZ that warranted an offer. Who finds a house in three days?!
