I will communicate with you on the showings and activity your home is getting throughout the process
I will present all offers…..Once I find a buyer and the offers are made, I cover those in great detail with you, so you understand what the overall outcome of the contract should net on the sale of your home
I will keep up with all the details and paperwork. Our internal office staff keeps tabs on paperwork, inspection periods, deadlines and internal communication
I will communicate the process of the sale with you and all other parties involved throughout
I will be there at the close of escrow, if you would like to be there should you have questions
After I help you buy or sell your home I will check back in with you periodically to see how you are doing. I want to be your REALTOR for life!
