The Rocca Family relocated to Gilbert, AZ in the hot summer of July 2016 from San Diego, CA. My family consists of my wife Josephine, a stay at home mom and occasional substitute teacher with the Higley Unified School District; our daughter Stefani a student at Chandler/Gilbert Community College and loves EDM and Raves; and the twins, Gino and Juliana, outstanding students of Higley High School and very involved with football and cheerleading programs. We have grown to love this town, city and state. Sure, it's hot here but we love everything about living here; people are more diverse, friendly, family-oriented.

I have been in the Real Estate business for nearly 20 years, having been a Broker and business owner in San Diego since 2006. I have been a Broker in the State of Arizona since 2016. I am proud to say that I do not have many clients, I HAVE FRIENDS, which I've made throughout my many years serving the people I've met in this business. The work to sell a $900,000 house is the same as it is to sell a $400,000 home, so why pay more based on your home's value and appreciation that you have gained throughout the years?
