Karin Hansen is an Arizona native who thoroughly enjoys helping clients to fulfill their dream of home ownership.  Karin’s real estate expertise in resale/new homes and knowledge of the Phoenix Metro Area make her a valuable asset.  Karin obtained her Business degree from Northern Arizona University and she worked in the corporate world for 9 years in account management positions.  In 2006, Karin took over her father’s real estate business and she has thoroughly enjoyed merging her customer service background with the negotiating process to successfully close real estate transactions in the Valley of the Sun.

 Karin has had the pleasure of working with clients ranging from first time home buyers to professional athletes.  She strives to simplify the purchase process, negotiate the best price for her clients, and educate her clients along the way. She takes into account each client’s real estate needs, while offering specialized guidance so each client can make a well-informed decision. Karin has proven her commitment to the real estate industry over the years with her ability to adjust to the rapidly changing real estate market in Arizona.

 She remains committed to representing each of her clients and providing superb customer service throughout the entire transaction. Karin enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and daughter Lucy playing golf and traveling when she isn't selling homes. She holds a CNE designation and she is a member of NAR, AAR and SEVRAR.
