My Mission

Whether you are educated and experienced or a first time in the home buying and selling process, I will evaluate and consult with you to ensure I fully understand - and meet - your expectations. I will walk you through the sales, negotiation and contracts and disclosures processes to make sure you are informed, and more importantly protected. I will not compromise my professional or ethical responsibilities throughout this entire process.  

 I can also dramatically simplified your experience and eliminating the hassles of showings and months of uncertainty by making the offer to purchase your house within 24 hours of our initial consultation and close on the property in  7 days max or at your convenience since i have investors that are working with me to purchase houses. 

My Personal History 

HT grew up accompanying his dad buying properties as part of dad's investment portfolios and was put to task of evaluating potential properties for their family business. With that solid foundation that he had acquired, he purchased many rental properties for his own and now he is using that experience to help others to find their ideal and dream home. Real Estate runs in the family, his siblings also run a successful commercial brokerage in Austin, TX. HT specialized in applying his expertise and market knowledge in residential properties whether for your primary residence or rental properties. In additions to serving the families need in real estate.
