Before you even start your home search or begin the process of selling your home I highly recommend to my clients that they read the Purchase Contract and various associated documents that are used throughout the process of buying or selling a home.
If you are a home buyer one of the most important tasks in the course of the home buying process is your inspection period. In most cases, the buyer has ten days to have the various home inspections performed as conducting your due diligence. The Buyers Advisory will aid you in conducting your due diligence but is not your sole source. Ensure that all inspections and due diligence is completed prior to the end of your inspection period.
