I adapted to this quick shift in the Arizona market and successfully negotiated scores of short sale transactions, thus saving homes from foreclosure so my clients could once again become home owners without years and years of waiting. Concurrently, I assisted many buyers, who were lucky enough to purchase homes in a down market thus profiting greatly and later becoming repeat clients.
