I attended Corona del Sol High School (Go Aztecs!), and graduated from ASU (Go Devils!) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. I purchased my first home in 2005 and the experience peaked my interest and passion still going strong today. I obtained my real estate license in October 2005 and I have been working with buyers and sellers across the valley ever since.
I help first-time home buyers, investors and everyone in between. I am experienced in selling traditional, short sale as well as lender owned/REO/foreclosure properties. I pride myself in being detail-oriented, thorough, thoughtful, patient, prompt, and skilled at value analysis. I have experience selling 3 personal properties as well as 7 investments (flips). I never forget what it’s like to put your property up for sale…....it can be very mind-consuming. I also will never forget when I was signing the documents for my first home purchase, and the title rep said “smile”…….I was so nervous.
My experience flipping homes and working with buyers proves extremely valuable when consulting sellers on pre-listing preparation. I know which projects are going to appeal to a broad market and equal a higher sales price. I also offer staging and decluttering advice. It is helpful to have an extra set of eyes on your house to provide honest feedback and suggestions. Extra effort prior to the photoshoot and showings always pays off.
Some agents run general area comps in advance, provide no staging advice, and tell a seller what they want to hear. I pride myself in being forthcoming about my professional opinion of market value after I see the property in person. I take time to give tips and a check list to sellers so their house shows its absolute best, sells as quickly as possible, and for the highest dollar amount the market will allow.
For buyers, I do not rush their homebuying process. I recognize finding the right home or investment can be a journey with changes and pivots to original needs and wants. My goal is for my buyer clients to feel confident and excited about their choice. I provide market research on value before an offer is made. I attend the buyer home inspection appointment, and I am involved in finding referrals for contractors and estimates.
I am a student for life and enjoy attending continuing education to stay on top of the latest trends, tools, and ways to maximize my listings’ exposure. In addition to real estate, I am an avid reader and devour books and podcasts on personal growth, mindfulness, meditation, and wellness. When I’m not working or reading, I enjoy running, biking, swimming, doing yoga, spending time with my family (including my dogs) and friends, cooking, drinking coffee, tea, or wine, meditating, or relaxing outdoors. I love to escape to the beach or the tall pines at least once a year.
