Josh has sold close to 1,000 homes here in the Phoenix area. He has sold many homes in all surrounding cities of Phoenix and is very knowledgeable of the suburbs and communities within each city.

He loves helping clients get better prices and terms than they expect when selling their home. He also negotiates with cash offer programs if desired to get you a higher price and better terms by having him represent you to those IBuyers.

He also enjoys helping people relocate here, get educated on areas, focus on a purchase from an investment approach, and have a first class experience throughout the process. Josh strives to take the stress out of a stressful situation to help you have a relaxing buying or selling process.

Josh also loves coaching baseball and seeing young men grow in baseball, but more importantly in life. He believes sports can teach many life lessons and enjoys being a coach to young men in life and in baseball.
