We will be forever grateful to Liz Rolfe for her amazing efforts in helping us find our new home!! We were looking for the perfect home to buy in the SE Valley and had no idea what a tall order that was in today's crazy housing market. Liz was tireless in the search and totally dialed in on what was required to successfully bid and win a purchase offer. Not only instrumental in finding and winning the bid for our new home, Liz also had financing, title and vendor partners she works with that were equally expert, responsive and helpful. From search to purchase offer to close of escrow, Liz was there for us at every step in the process. To whom it may concern: Liz Rolfe is our Realtor and helped us sell our home in Encanterra, San Tan Valley AZ. We were still gone for the summer but Encanterra friends who knew our intentions, highly recommended her to us . They let Liz know of their referral and in preparation to possibly talking to us, Liz took her time to come by our home before we even called her. We soon found that's who she is. In our experience her personal motto must be 'Be Prepared'!! We then called her after returning home, told her that we were going to list it as a 'For Sale by Owner' while we were finishing up a number of things and if it didn’t sell before we were finished we would List it with her. She said she understood but still offered to come over and meet with us and help in anyway she could. We made the appointment and she spent 3½ hours with us going over all the Do's and Don'ts as well as Staging recommendations. She also emailed us the 'Lister Assister' link which we followed to a tee! We hadn't sold the house in about 6 weeks, the only calls were other Realtors so we called Liz and started with a 'Coming Soon' sign listing it on January 2, 2021. From the start, we had 7 – 9 showings every week plus Liz did 2 open houses. We were busy!! When the offers started coming in she went to battle for us. We had 3 offers in less than 72 hours. She was very professional, advocated heavily for us keeping our needs in the forefront and stayed in constant contact with us. In the end, we received more than the asking price, didn’t split any costs with the buyer and arranged the sale of some of the furniture to them they wanted as well. Liz took care of and monitored everything including a 'Bill of Sale'. THAT was service way beyond our expectations. And that wasn't the only 'extra' Liz did, she took care of details I'd never received before in several past sales. Why in a Sellers market? Again; because that's who Liz Rolfe is!! We were more than than pleased by her assistance and guidance through the whole process. We have in turn recommended her to several people and will continue to do so. Thank You Liz Rolfe! My family and I have bought and sold several properties in the last 15 years from Liz Rolfe. She doesn’t disappoint! She has the knowledge and integrity we appreciate. Liz recently listed and sold my home in Chandler, AZ. This transaction was different for me this was my home for many years it was dear to me and I moved out of state so I was just nervous about it. Liz understood all of it we talked facts, pros and cons of selling with no pressure. With me being out of state selling my home felt a bit hectic, leaning on Liz during this transaction sure made it a lot less stressful. She goes the extra mile every. single. time. Liz has a ton of knowledge of the local market. Always on our side working to make the sale or purchase as simple and successful as possible. From start until a spectacular finish we are so thankful to have had Liz on our team as we experienced this home buying process for the first time! Buying a home for the first time while NOT living in the state sure could have been a tricky, trying process, but Liz helped us each step of the way.
