Dave was such a huge help in the home buying process for my first home. I learned a lot through the process and he went above and beyond my expectations. David certainly was a great help in not only helping us find our house, but helping us determine what was the best house for us, which was a process unto itself. Based on David's expertise and patience we looked at houses all over the Phoenix Valley. After listening to our comments and thougths, he helped steer us into the neighborhood we wanted and the type and price range of house.

As our preferences were pretty particular, we knew it would take a few months, but David was there offering advice and answering all of our questions the whole time. When we made initial offers on a few houses, David helped us complete the Sales Agreement and in the following negotiations he always worked for our best interests and the best price. After a couple of offers that were not accepted, because David felt based on his "comparable" house research that the listing price was too high, we finally found a house that met all of our requirements and most of our preferences.

After helping us negotiate the price down and our offer was accepted, David then helped us through the inspection period and further negotiations based on the needed repairs that were discovered by the inspections. He was always available to answer questions or meet at the house if needed, including evenngs and weekends, sometimes bringing his children (so adorable).

Ou house is almost complete after extensive renovations and David has checked in a few times to see the progress. My wife and I look forward to inviting David and his family to join us for our upcoming "house-warming" Party.
