When our family made the big decision to move from California to Arizona, we did so confidently after meeting Harry Sargent of HomeSmart. Harry Sargent was recommended to us by several of our family members who bought and sold homes with Harry, in the past. Harry is good natured and has a wonderful sense of humor.  He is exemplary in his professionalism, and has an extensive background and knowledge, in all facets of the real estate business.

We had a list of wishes and must haves for our new home search that was quite long; and specific to accommodate our extended family, and pets. Harry was not daunted by our requests and provided us with access to the portal for homes meeting our criteria, so that we could begin our search from California.  We sold our home and relocated to temporary quarters, to explore home opportunities in different cities – in person.  These are challenging times and Harry made sure we were safe; and that every covid precaution was in place, in each home that we visited.  After finding us the perfect home - Harry guided us through the contract and negotiation process, the home inspection process, home warranty, the closing of escrow, and final walk-through and acceptance of the home. His attention to detail ensured that everything was going, as smooth as possible.  We were in constant contact with Harry, and Harry made us feel like we were very special clients.
